摘要
详细介绍了近年来发展起来的先进制造技术——激光快速成型技术;阐述了飞秒激光微部件加工系统的主要研究内容、硬件结构和主要选用的设备;叙述了上位机软件的主要模块及实现方法。该系统采用面向对象的编程方法,界面友好,操作简单,功能完善,模拟实验效果良好,具有较好的应用前景。
Rapid Prototyping technology is advanced manufacture technique, which has been considerably developed in recent years. This article expounds the main content of the system of machining micro-parts with femto-second laser technology and introduces the structure of hardware and the main equipment, the main module of software and the way to carry out. The Object-oriented Programming is used in the system, with friendly interface, simple operation and consummate functions. The simulate experiment shows that the system is well, and it has a good foreground in application.
