摘要
针对工业生产中经常需要高稳定度的恒温环境,传统模拟式的仪表温度控制及简单的PID较难达到理想的波动度,通过对PID的控制原理及控制规则、控制算法与区域划分的分析,提出一种以PLC为核心的温度控制系统,得到了PLC温度控制系统图和区域划分图。
In view of industrial production required high stable frequently and constant temperature environment, the traditional simulation-like probe temperature control and simple PID are difficult to reach the ideal fluctuation. This paper proposes that PLC is taken as the core of the temperature control system to obtain PLC temperature control diagram and regionalism chart through analysis of PID control principle and rule, control algorithm and regionalism.
