摘要
由于知识型员工所具有的特征,对知识型员工的管理激励更困难。JY公司在发现新员工和新提拔的管理者流失率增大后,在JY公司实行了导师制,充分利用公司内部优秀员工的先进技能和经验,帮助学员和部分转岗人员尽快提高业务技能,适应岗位工作的要求。本文不仅叙述了实行导师制的具体步骤,而且论述了如何处理导师制中的特殊关系问题。
The incentive management of the knowledge workers is rather difficult due to their special characteristics. When more and more new staff and newly-promoted managers dropped out, JY Company began to adopt the tutorical system. In this way, the advanced skills and experience of the excellent staff in the company can be brought into full use and the newly-enrolled staff and the transferred can be well trained to meet the job demand. This article presents the concrete steps of tutorial system implementation and also discusses how to deal with the special relationships in the process.
