独立学院青年教师培养的实践与思考

Practice and Reflections of the Cultivation of Young Faculty Members in Independent Colleges

青年教师的培养问题直接关系到独立学院师资队伍的整体素质,关系到教育教学的质量,关系到人才培养的质量,关系到学院的可持续发展。本文在总结泰州科技学院创办初期青年教师培养实践的基础上,指出独立学院青年教师培养存在的问题,并对新形势下独立学院青年教师培养策略进行了初步思考。

The cultivation of young faculty members may have great influence on qualities of the teaching staff, the overall teaching, the cultivation of talents and the sustainable development of the college. Based on the practice in the cultivation of young teachers at Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology in recent years, this paper discusses the existing problems and developing strategies related to the cultivation of young faculty members under the new situation.
