摘要
高压共轨燃油喷射系统能有效地提高柴油机整体性能、降低排放。本文以实现较理想的靴型喷油规律为目标,对该系统的核心部件—电控喷油器,建立共轨喷油器的数学模型,进行仿真研究,并探讨了该喷油器主要结构参数对喷射过程的影响,为今后的设计开发提供了必要的理论依据。
High-pressure common rail fuel injection system can effectively improve diesel performance and reduce the diesel emission pollution. In order to realize the perfect boot-type injection rate, this paper founds the mathematics model and carries out the simulation study for the electronic controlled injector, the core parts in fuel injection system. The effects of some important structural parameters of injector are discussed. It provides the necessary theory basis for future design and development.
