摘要
应用现代电子控制技术对常规的喷油泵用机械调速器进行了改进,设计了一种基于16位单片机MC9S12DP256的柴油机电子调速系统。文中给出了该系统的硬件总体结构设计思想和软件设计流程。并详细介绍了以智能PID控制算法为核心的控制策略。实验证明整个系统具有可靠性高,响应速度快等优点。
A General diesel engine speed controller was improved by using model electronic technology. A diesel engine speed control system with a high performance 16-bit microprocessor MC9S12DP256 was designed. The structure and function of main module are introduced. Programming and the realization of the software are introduced detailedly. The results show that the system has the advantages of rational design, high reliability and high response speed.
