摘要
本文运用Pro/E软件对发动机顶置式配气凸轮机构进行三维实体建模及装配,运用pro/E的mechanism模块对发动机凸轮机构进行运动仿真分析,得出凸轮机构的位移、速度、加速度的变化曲线。利用本文的方法可以使得设计人员快速、直观的对配气凸轮机构进行优化设计。
Using Pro/E, the 3D solid model and assembly of the engine cam mechanism were made. According to the simulation analysis of the engine cam mechanism by using mechanism module of Pro/E, the varying curves with time of cam mechanism "s distance, velocity and acceleration were given out. Using the above method, engine designers can optimize the cam mechanism rapidly and intuitively.
