摘要
本文采用系统动力学分析技术与有限元分析技术的基本理论和方法,以ML125为研究对象,根据刚柔耦合模型的相关假设,建立了摩托车整车的虚拟样机。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立车架的有限元模型,分析其固有特性,并与实验结果对比,保证所建立的摩托车整车系统模型的正确性。利用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对摩托车整车系统进行了加速、制动特性仿真研究。
In this paper, the technology of FEM analysis and system dynamics analysis were used. ML125 was studied as an example. According to the relevant rigid -flexible coupling model assumptions, the virtual prototype of the whole motorcycle was established. The FEM model of the frame was established by ANSYS. What more, the motorcycle's characteristics were analyzed and compared with the experimental results to make sure the model's correctness. The accelerating and braking characteristics of the motorcycle were simulated by ADAMS.
