摘要
和平水库大坝自建成后就存在许多安全隐患,经过30多年的运行,新患、旧患已非常严重。根据有关规定对和平水库大坝进行大坝安全调查、分析及评价,提出大坝除险加固处理建议。
The main dam of Heping reservoir has had much hidden danger since its construction was completed. The old and new danger had become very serious after more than 30 years of operation. After dam safety investigation, analysis and evaluation was conducted according to relevant specifications, reinforcement treatment proposals are put forward for the main dam of Heping reservoir.
