摘要
从硬件、软件两个方面讨论应用8798单片微机进行线绕式异步电动机的中级调速。文中给出了6个晶闸管逆变触发脉冲的数学描述,推导了逆变角与异步转速之间的关系;介绍了应用8798HSI进行同步认相,用HSO产生三相全控桥触发脉冲,以及用查表代替实时计算进行速度调节的方法。文中涉及到的程序。
In this paper the cascade variable-speed drives controlled by MCS-8798 microprocessor for wound motor is discussed from both hardware and software. The mathematical description of the pulses triggering six controllable silicon is given. The relation between the inverted angle of the triggering pulse and asynchronous speed is derived. The methods of synchronizing the triggering pulse and the power wave by HSI of MCS-8798, producing the triggering pulse of bridge-type circuit by HSO of it, and substituting table lookup for real time computation are introduced. The relative programs are tested during the system experiment.
