摘要
电刷在集电环上运行时,在其接触面上形成一层均匀、适度、稳定的氧化膜,这是电机运行良好的主要标志之一。电刷的跳火故障,多是由于各电刷电流分配不均而破坏氧化膜导致的。以龙胜滩底水电站卧式水轮发电机组个别电刷出现严重跳火现象为例,分析发电机转子集电环跳火的原因并提出了处理方法。
As a major sign that the generator is operating well, one layer of uniform, appropriate and stable oxide film shall form on the contact surface between electric brush and collector ring. Flashover accidents of brush mostly result from damage of oxide film due to non-uniform distribution of bush electric current. Taking the serious flashover accident of individual brush on the horizontal-shaft turbine generator unit of Tandi hydropower station located in Longsheng county, the author analyzed the causes for generator rotor collector ring flashover and put forward solutions.
