Our army＇s clear and concise reflection on and cognition of its reform, its exploration into and summary of the law of reform have been obtained gradually through practice. With the development of reform, our army＇s cognition has been deepened, its horizon widened, and its reform has entered a new stage - -revolution in military affairs with Chinese characteristics. It has blazed a unique trail in its reform according to Chinas reality. We should take reform as a long - term project, continuously emancipate the mind , and try to understand and follow the law of reform.
