摘要
大深度自主攻击水雷技术代表着现代水雷发展的必然趋势,为了适应这类水雷结构特点和发射要求,提出了一种航行雷箱体环形压雷梁开盖系统技术。介绍了环形压雷梁开盖系统的组成、功能和特征,深入分析了系统作用载荷,着重对系统的特征关键件进行了有限元分析与计算,并对环形压雷梁展开与航行雷运动的关联动作过程进行了详细的仿真干涉分析,理论分析及仿真结果表明,采用本技术能够解决4个方面的实际问题,满足使用要求。
To meet the structure and launch requirements of deep autonomous attack mine, a technique of uncapping system of box ring-like pressure mine girder for sail mine is presented. The composition, function and characteristic of uncapping system are described, and the critical parts of the system are analyzed and calculated by using finite element method. The related action process of the spread of ring-like pressure mine girder and the motion of sail mine is analyzed with simulation interference. Theo- retical calculation and simulation interference analysis show that the system can solve four actual problems and meet operational requirement.
