基于计算流体动力学方法的鱼雷涡轮机功率计算

摘要 以往涡轮机功率计算都采用1 D解析法及经验公式,无法考虑通流部分中各种损失,而且不便于对涡轮机作进一步性能参数优化。本文基于计算流体动力学(CFD)方法,对鱼雷燃气涡轮机通流部分的3D流场进行数值模拟计算,并对模拟计算结果进行分析及后处理,得到涡轮机叶轮叶片力矩值,推算出涡轮轴输出功率,为分析涡轮机内部各种损失,优化涡轮机性能参数提供了重要依据。 Power calculation of gas turbine is commonly conducted using one-dimensional analytical method and empirical formula, where the loss in flow part is ignored, and further optimization of performance parameter of the turbine is difficult. We numerically simulated the three-dimensional flow field of a gas turbine for torpedo by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, and analyzed and post-processed the simulation results. The total torque values of the impeller and blade of the turbine were therefore obtained, and the output power of the turbine shaft was deduced. Our results could be used for analyzing internal loss and optimizing performance parameters for the turbine.
