摘要
本文介绍了3M6312型超精加工机床的改型设计,为实现振动系统1400c/min以上的高额往复振动,且不使振动传递到机床的其它部件,探索了一条减小激振气缸与振动头的振幅比的途径,为该产品系列化设计提供了理论依据。
In the revising design of super-precision machining machine 3M6312, in order to realize high frequency vibration with 1400 c/min or more, and to prevent the vibration transmitting to other portion of the machine, the ways to reduce the ratio between amplitudes of exiting gas cylinder and vibration pickup are explored. Thus, the theoretical basis for serial design of this machine is provided.
