镁离子显色分光光度法测定虎杖中蒽醌类化合物的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的镁离子显色分光光度法测定虎杖中蒽醌类化合物的含量。方法镁离子与蒽醌化合物发生配位反应,生成红色的配合物,在505nm处有最大吸收,利用镁离子显色分光光度法可对蒽醌类化合物总量进行测定。结果1,8-二羟基蒽醌与镁离子形成配位化合物在505nm处的表观百分吸收系数为(513.5±8.6)L/(mol·cm),测定总蒽醌化合物的线性范围为0.93-26.00mg/L,检测限为0.31mg/L,日内精密度RSD为0.8%,回收率为(100.2±1.4)%。结论镁离子与蒽醌类化合物反应生成配合物稳定,可用于测定虎杖中蒽醌类化合物的总量。 Objective To determine the content of anthraquinones in Rhizome Polygoni Cuspidati by magnesium ion color UV spectrophotometry. Methods The determination was based on the reaction between magnesium ion and , 8-dihydroxyanthraquinone at 505 nm. Magnesium ion color UV spectrophotometry was employed to analyze anthraquinones in Rhizome Polygoni Cuspidati. Results The specific absorptivity coefficient of compound formed by 1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone and magnesium ion was 513.5 ± 8.6 L/(mol· cm). The linear range, determination limit, within-day precision RSD and recovery of anthraquinones were 0.93-26,00 mg/L,0.31 mg/L,0.8% and(100.2± 1.4)% ,respectively. Conclusion As a precise, accurate,simple and speedy method, magnesium ion color UV spectrophotometry may be applied for determining the content of anthraquinones in Rhizome Polygoni Cuspidati.
