负面组织行为研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 负面组织行为盛行于各类组织,它给个人和组织带来了巨大损失和伤害,然而对其研究远没有对组织公民行为等正面组织行为研究普及。文章介绍了四类常见的负面组织行为:非生产性工作行为、越轨行为、不当行为、反社会行为,并对其前因变量和干预措施做了介绍和总结。
