空中交通管制员工作负荷研究综述 被引量:13

摘要 管制员工作负荷研究是空中交通管理人的因素研究的重要组成,对于保障飞行安全,评估管制扇区容量,优化管制扇区布局和管制员人力资源管理等方面都具有重要意义,一直是空管研究人员关注的研究热点。首先,介绍管制员工作负荷研究的背景和必要性;其次,根据管制员工作负荷研究的特点,从生理和行为的评估、主观评估和根据交通特征的评估三个方面归纳了管制员工作负荷研究动态,并分别进行了评价;最后,给出了管制员工作负荷研究的发展趋势和需要解决的关键问题。
