本文以2002年以来我国沿海大城市地区的规划建设和发展为研究对象,提出对其发展趋势、存在问题及对策的初步认识,比较发达国家城市并从可持续发展的观点,论述深化城市发展战略研究和加强规划建设协同对现代化国际城市的重要性。

Reviewing the planning,construction and development in the Great-city Regions of coastal areas in China since 2002,this paper brings forward thetreods,problems and management measures in the process,Companng with the situation in developed countries from the perspective of sustain able development,the paper also discusses urban development strategy and planning-construction cooperation,which is very important to development of ＂modem-international City＂.
