本文从住宅产业化与全装修住宅的关系入手,首先分析了现阶段我国全装修住宅处于住宅产业化进程初级阶段的快速发展期这一特殊背景,其次分析了推广住宅全装修所遇到的困难,并在此基础上提出了推动全装修住宅的若干具体措施。希望能促进全装修住宅的推广,并加快推进住宅产业化进程。

To be started with the relationship between housing industrialization and full-decoration dwelling. Firstly, this article analyzes the especial background of current full-decoration dwelling which based on the fast-developing phase of elementary housing industrialization. Secondly, it analyzes some difficulties of full-decoration dwelling in the popularization process. Finally, it gives some material measures about how to deal with the full-decoration dwelling for the sake of popularizing full-decoration dwelling and improving the process of current housing industdalization.
