白血病患者杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体基因多态性的Logistic回归分析

摘要 自然杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)是一类主要表达于NK细胞和部分T细胞表面的糖蛋白受体,主要通过与靶细胞表面的HLA—Ⅰ类分子特异性结合传递抑制或激活信号,从而调控NK细胞的功能。它是广泛参与免疫调节及免疫反应的重要基因之一。目前共发现17个KIR基因,即KIR2DL1~4、KIR2DL5A、KIR2DL5B、KIR2DLS1~5、KIR3DL1~3、KIR3DS1、KIR2DPI和KTR3DP1。我们采用序列特异引物聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)检测技术对243例白血病患者的KIR基因进行了检测,以初步探讨KIR基因多态性与白血病发生之间的关系。
