微分化急性髓系白血病21例临床分析及诊断标准复习
摘要
微分化急性髓系白血病（AML-M0）是一种少见的AML，约占AML的3％～5％，随着细胞免疫学的发展，特别是单克隆抗体在临床的广泛应用，越来越多的M0患者被诊断，对M0的诊断和治疗问题也越来越受重视。但因为其属于少见疾病，一些医师对诊断标准尚不十分熟悉，容易漏诊和误诊。现总结上海市中美白血病协作组在2003年6月到2007年4月诊断的21例Mn患者资料，并复习诊断标准，希望提高广大医师对M0的认识和诊断水平。
