摘要
本文从军队卫生法的角度分析了《2006年中国的国防白皮书》,探讨了新时期军队卫生法面临的挑战:①我国亟需建立一部完善的国防卫生动员法。②我军需要建立全寿命健康保障的相关法律。基于以上问题,我们提出构建"国防卫生法律体系"的设想,将目前军队卫生工作中凸显的一些新问题纳入法律体系,并为目前军队所承担的超出传统军事医学概念范畴的任务提供法律保障。
In this paper China 2006 National Defense White Paper is analyzed from the perspective of Military Health Law, and the challenges facing Military Health Law in the new era is discussed. First, it is imperative for China to establish an integrated National Defense Health Mobilization Law. Second, it is needed to provide legal guarantee to servicemen＇s fulllife healthcare. Based on the above-mentioned problems, the assumption of establishing National Defense Health Legal System is put forward. Many issues emerging in the military health work shall be addressed in this legal system, which provides legal guarantee to the tasks that go beyond the category of traditional military medical sciences.
