摘要
文中讨论了催化剂表面SEM图象关于多重分形生长过程的局部奇异性分析.通过小波变换获得的局部奇异强度,比描述整体的单一分形维数和奇异谱,能提供更加准确的Holder指数绝对值和空间定位.用奇异强度直方图描述了图象上分形测度的分布,进而确定了催化剂表面活性区域的分布.
Local singularity analysis of catalyst surface SEM image for multifractal growth process is discussed. The local singularity strength obtained with the continuous wavelet transform can provide more accurate absolute Holder exponent and the spatial location of singularities than the single fractal dimension describing global property and the singularity spectrum. The singularity strength distribution image provides the characterization of fractal measures supported by two dimension digital images, and can determine the active region distribution on catalyst surface.
