摘要
目的:探讨翻白草对2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏氧化应激的影响。方法:以高热量饲料加链脲佐菌素建立的2型糖尿病大鼠模型为研究对象,测定了肝组织丙二醛含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶以及过氧化氢酶活性的变化来研究不同剂量翻白草水煎剂对上述各指标的影响。结果:成功诱导大鼠2型糖尿病模型,与对照组相比,2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏丙二醛含量明显升高(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶以及过氧化氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.01);与2型糖尿病组相比,翻白草治疗组大鼠以上各项指标均有所改善。结论:翻白草能够抑制2型糖尿病大鼠氧化应激,改善2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏的能量代谢障碍,对2型糖尿病引起的氧化损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Herba Potenillae Discoloris on hepatic oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods:The rats model of type 2 diabetes mellitus induced by high calorie feeding and small dose injection of streptozotocin were taken as subjects. The levels of mabndialdehyde and the activity of gtutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase and eatalase were measurett. The effects of Herba Potenillae Discoloris on the above - mentioned indices were studied. Results: Compared with those in control group, the malondialdehyde in liver increased significantly (P〈0.01) and activities of glutatbione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and catalase in the hepatic tissues decreased remarkably(P〈 0.01) in the Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus group. In Herba Potenillae Discoloris group, the indexes above ameliorated to different degree. Conclusion:Herba Potenillae Discoloris ameliorates the energy metabolism impairment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus liver by suppressing the oxidative stress, and Herba Potenillae Discoloris has effective protection from the oxidative injury induced by Type 2 Diabetes.
