摘要
目的:评价纤维蛋白原含量升高对直肠癌患者的诊断及治疗价值。方法:随机收集2005～2007在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的128例直肠癌患者的病例。比较患者直肠癌的生物学性状、是否侵及浆膜层、淋巴结转移数目及临床手术方式的差异。结果:纤维蛋白原含量增高组与正常组比较:二者直肠癌的生物学性状的差异无统计学意义,但二者在浆膜浸透,淋巴结转移数目差别上有统计学意义(P均<0.005),临床手术方式的差别也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维蛋白原含量增高的直肠癌患者的浆膜浸透发生率,淋巴结转移的数目较纤维蛋白原含量在正常范围患者要高,同时其手术的可根治性也大大减小。
Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of the increase of the fibrinogen content in plasma to Rectal Cancer. Methods ：Collect 128 eases of Rectal Cancer patients, who were operated at the first hospital of Jilin University from 2005 to 2007. compare their biological behavior, serosa infiltration, numbers of lymphatic node metastasis and the clinical＇ operation method. Results：Compared with the controls, the positive group it has no more significance in biological behavior statistically, but it has significance in serosa infiltration （ p 〈0.005 ）, lymphatic node metastasis （ p 〈 0. 005 ） and clinlcal operation method （ p 〈 0. 05 ）.Conclusion ： With increase of fibrinogen content. Rectal cancer patients are more apt to serosa infiltration, lymphatic node metastasis, and they are more difficult to be eradicated.
