导航下的癫痫外科 被引量:1

摘要 如同神经外科其他领域一样,癫痫外科也获益于神经外科导航技术的发展。导航技术在癫痫外科的典型应用包括进行微侵袭诊断与病灶切除手术、确定到达脑深部结构的最佳路径、指导切除皮层下小的致痫病灶、协助明确病灶的切除范围等。本文综述导航技术在癫痫外科的应用,讨论应用导航技术帮助神经外科医生对癫痫手术病人进行术前评估和辅助手术的新方法。
