摘要
患儿男,9岁。双足趾腹侧、跖部受压部位呈圆形或环状皮剥蚀,窝状凹陷,直径1～5mm,界清,周围无红晕,基底部浸渍发白,质软。诊断为窝状角质松解症。
The male patient of 9-year old was diagnosed as Pitted Keratolysis because of some exfoliative pits on the toes＇ ventral skin and soles, with 1 - 5mm in diameter, clear margin, no red halo, pale maceration on bases and soft texture.
