摘要 本实验在传统酯交换法的基础上,采用微波法由植物油制备生物柴油,并进行了工艺条件的优化.新工艺缩短了反应时间,提高了生物柴油的产率.采用棉籽油为原料时,酯交换反应的最佳工艺条件是:醇油摩尔比6∶1,反应温度60℃,反应时间60 min,催化剂用量为1%(wt).微波法由棉籽油制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件:醇油摩尔比6∶1,催化剂用量1%(wt),微波加热时间8 min,微波加热功率360 W. The condition of biodiesel production by vegetable oil based on traditional transesterification was investigated by microwave -assisted method in this paper. The new technology can not only reduce the reaction time, but raise production rate of biodiesel. With cottonseed oil,the optimum reaction conditions for general transesterification were obtained: including molar ratio of methanol to oil of 6: 1, reaction temperature of 60 ℃ , reaction time of 60 min, amount of catalyst of 1% (wt). Through microwave - assisted method, the optimum reaction conditions obtained for the transesterification were set at methanol: oil ( molar ratio) = 6: 1, amount of catalyst 1% (wt) ,microwave heating time 8min, microwave heating power 360 J/s.
