摘要
本文在以往技术论、知识能力论、系统论和制度论等传统理论诠释核心竞争力的基础上,对企业核心竞争力内涵从企业文化的角度指明了新的研究方向。提出卓越的企业文化才是提升企业核心竞争力的源泉,分析了企业文化的导向、凝聚、约束和融合功能,并建议通过建设有中国特色的优秀企业文化、确定竞争中的诚信思想、强化现代企业管理中人本意识和塑造优秀的企业品牌形象的途径来提升核心竞争力。
On the basis of the explanction of technology theory, knowledge ability theory, systematic theory and system theory. Used in core competitiveness, this'paper researches the meaning of are competitiveness from the angle of corporation culture. Out standing corporation culture is just the resource of promoting core competitiveness. The paper analyses the leading function, condensing function, restricting function and fusing function of corporaty culture. The ways to promoting core competitiveness is put forward as follows: constracting excellent corporation culture with Chinese characteristic, establishing sincerity idea, reinforcing personal consciousness, moulding brillient corporation brand image.
