本文通过对非计算机专业的计算机基础教育培养目标的论述和对实验教学的重要性的阐述，指出了实验教学是提高计算机基础课教学质量的重要环节，并提出了应重视实验教学的一些看法和体会。

Through discussing the aim of education in noncomputer major and the importance of experimental teaching,the thesis has pointed out that experimental teaching is an important link for improving the education of basic courses of computer and it has also put forward some suggestion on how to enhance experimental teaching.
