摘要 早产（Preterm Labor）表现为孕28～37周由于各种原因引起的子宫收缩，宫颈扩张综合征，是妊娠常见的并发症，占5％-15％。早产是导致围生儿发病率、死亡率较高的主要原因，部分存活者也会因此而留下智力障碍等神经系统后遗症。随着多胎妊娠的增加，对产科并发症的干预增强，早产儿产后监护日益成熟及超声准确估计胎龄，
