餐饮企业引进风险投资分析

An Analysis of The Restaurant Enterprises’ Introducing Venture Capital

风险投资往往热衷于高回报的高科技领域,但现在,传统行业也开始受到风险投资的青睐,尤其是餐饮企业频频出现风险投资的身影,该行业的股权交易也在逐步上升,笔者结合相关数据,论证了餐饮企业引进风险投资的可行性与必要性,针对大多数餐饮企业融资难的问题提出了为吸引风险投资,餐饮企业应采取的具体措施,展望了风险投资介入餐饮企业后我国餐饮企业的发展前景。

Formerly, venture capital is fond of the high-tech field which can bring high return. However, now seeking huge profits in the traditional industry, particularly in restaurant industry, is becoming new action of most venture capital organizations.This paper, combining with relevant data, maintains that it is feasible and necessary for restaurant industry to introduce the venture capital. Then it proposes some specific measures for restaurant enterprises to attract venture capital so as to solve the problem of lacking funds. Finally, it forecasts the future prospect of Chinese restaurant enterprise after obtaining venture capital.
