摘要
研制了智能型铣齿机装配式铣刀盘测量仪,可实现铣刀盘误差的高效、高精度测量.设计了集成式测头,将用于测量铣刀盘刀高及径向跳动误差的两个独立测头集成在一起,既能实现刀高及径向跳动误差的独立测量,又可进行同时测量;集成式测头配备了标准RS232接口,可实现测量数据的实时采集;分析了铣刀盘刀片位置误差计算和调整原理,实现了智能化的数据分析评判,可自动提示需要调整的刀片号和调整量;采用了数字式仪表及微测量机构,测量分辨力达到0.1,μm.实验表明,测量仪能够智能化地给出需要调整的刀片编号、调整方向及调整量,提高了装配式铣刀盘刀片的调整效率.
An intelligent measuring instrument was developed for Spiral Bevel Cutter measurement, which can measure Spiral Bevel Cutter with high efficiency and precision. Height-probe and radius-probe were integrated together in order to measure the cutters on height and radius at the same time, or respectively without interference. A standard RS232 interface was used on the integrated probe, by which to realize real time measuring data sampling. The software can analyze the measuring data intelligently and prompt which cutter that should be adjusted and the quantity to be adjusted. Resolving power can reach 0.1μm by using digital meter and micro measuring machine. Experiments show that the intelligent measuring instrument can prompt which cutter that should be adjusted, the direction and the quantity to be adjusted, and it can enhance the adjustment efficiency.
