摘要
分析了当前超临界机组控制系统中燃料发热量校正、燃水比控制、负荷扰动等方面存在的问题,根据超临界机组的特点,提出了基于汽机跟随的超临界机组协调控制方案。以炉侧为主导实现负荷控制,用中间点温度校正燃烧率指令,实现了热量动态校正和燃水比控制,简化了系统结构,提高了机组负荷适应性和主汽压力、温度的稳定性。
Questions existed in the correction of fuel heating quantity, the control of ratio of fuel to water and load disturbance etc. in current control system of supercritical units. According to the characteristics of supercritical units, Co-ordination control scheme based on turbine follow is brought forward. Boiler is given priority to implement load control, and middle temperature corrects instruction of combustion rate. The scheme achieves dynamic correction of heating quantity and the control of ratio of fuel to water, simplifies the system structure, and improves load adaptability and stability of main steam pressure and temperature.
