高职院校辅导员在高职院校的学生管理工作中发挥着重要作用,"亲勤寝沁,清情请庆"八个字贯穿了辅导员工作的方方面面,这八个字从以下三个方面对如何提高高职院校辅导员工作的管理水平进行了概括:全面提高自身素质、熟练掌握学生工作技巧、不断创新学生工作内容。

The counselors play an important role in students＇ management in higher vocational colleges. This paper argues how to improve counselors＇ management level in the following three aspects： comprehensive in improving the counselors＇ qualities, skillful in mastering the methods of student management work and creative in enriching the content of student management work.
