摘要
目的检测罗布麻叶药材中有机氯农药残留量。方法用毛细管气相色谱法对不同产地罗布麻叶中六六六、滴滴涕含量进行了检测。结果罗布麻叶中有机氯农药残留量符合BHC≤0.1mg/kg、DDT≤0.1mg/kg的规定,不同产区罗布麻叶中农药残留量有些差异。结论为罗布麻叶的安全使用提供评价依据。
Objective To determine the residue of organochlorine pesticide in Folium Apocyni Veneti. Methods The contents of BHC and DDT were determined by capillary gas chromatograph. Results The residue of organochlorine pesticide in Folium Apocyni Veneti comformed to the standard of BHC is less than 0.1 mg/ kg,DDT is less than 0. 1mg/kg. The residue of organchlorine pesticide is different in Folium Apocyni Veneti from different habitats. Conclusion It provides evaluation basis for safety assessment of Folium Apocyni Veneti.
