HPLC法测定天麻祛风补片中天麻素的含量

Content Determination of Gastrodin in Tianmaqufengbu Tablets by HPLC

目的建立天麻祛风补片中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(1:99),检测波长221nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温40℃。结果回归方程Y=8.326×105X+6.237×103(r=0.9997,n=5),天麻素在0.274～4.116μg范围内线性良好,加样回收率98.61%,RSD=0.74%。结论本法灵敏度高,操作简便,重复性好,准确可靠,可作为天麻祛风补片中天麻素的含量测定方法。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin in Tianmaqufengbu tablets. Methods HPLC method was used with VP-ODS column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric（1-99）,the detection wavelength was at 221nm with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was at 40℃ .Results The linear range of gastrodin was 0.274-4.116μg （r=0.9997, n=5）and the average recovery was 98.61% with RSD of 0.74% .Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate with high sensitivity, and can be used to determine the contents of Gastrodin in Tianmaqufengbu tablets.
