摘要
本文介绍了基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作系统的面向对象的可视化开发工具Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ的一些新特性，深入讨论了一些Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ的编程技术，这些技术使得Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ编程更加方便和快捷。
Some new properties of the Windows operation system based and object oriented visual developing tool Delphi is introduced, and then some advanced programming techniques for Delphi is discussed, by the help of which programming will become more convenient and efficient.
