摘要
考试的目的是检验教师的教学水平和学生的学习效果,考试的质量主要取决于对命题标准和质量的把握。据此改革《人力资源管理》自设课程的考试管理,应从形成性考核和终结性考核两个方面,确立考试改革目标,转变考核观念,改革考核内容。使形成性考核注重认知过程和基本概念;终结性考核提高应用能力相关题型的比重。变考应知为侧重考应会,引导课程改革朝向学生综合应用能力的培养。
The objective of an assessment is to test the effect of teaching and learning.The quality of the assessment largely depends on the assessing standard.The assessment of the curriculum Human Resources Management is innovated through the implementation of formative and summative evaluation,in order to establish the goal of the reform,transform the concept and content of the assessment.The formative evaluation should focus on cognitive processes and basic concepts,while the summative one should on capacity-related questions.As a result,the emphasis of assessment will shift from should-know to can,and guide the curriculum reform to the cultivation of students' comprehensive application abilities.
