摘要
在房屋安全鉴定中,首先通过现场踏勘进行外观检查,可能会发现钢筋混凝土结构构件各种质量问题,其中裂缝是最常见的现象之一。裂缝的出现是结构破坏的征兆,我们要分析其形成的原因,以此来找到病症渊源,采取有效的加固措施,达到防治裂缝的目的。
The first step of roof safety appraisal is to perform field exploration and outer inspection to find quality problems of reinforced concrete building unit structure. The crack is the most common problem. It is the symptom of structure damage. We should analyze its causations to adopt effective strengthening measure.
