摘要
以对苯二酚为原料,经氧化、酰化、醚化、Vilsmeier反应制得2,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛,然后在超声波辅助下,发生Grignard反应合成1-(2,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1-丙醇,再脱水合成α-细辛醚,收率70%。
2,4,5-Trimethoxyphenyldehyde was prepared by the reaction of oxidation, acylation, etherifica tion and Vilsmeier reaction from hydroquinone, α-Asarone was synthesized from 2,4,5-trimethoxyphenyldehyde via Grignard reaction to 1-(2,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) alcohol with ultrasonic wave and then dehydration with yield of 70 %.
