摘要 研究了生物质吸附剂——改性玉米芯对印染废水的脱色特性。考察了吸附时间、pH值、初始浓度、吸附剂用量、温度、染料结构等对印染废水脱色效果的影响,发现主要影响因素为吸附时间、pH值和初始浓度。改性玉米芯对50 mL印染废水脱色的最佳处理条件为:pH值2、对酸性大红和直接深蓝的吸附时间分别为60 min和30 min、初始浓度50 mg.L-1、吸附剂用量1.0 g。在此条件下,脱色率可达95%以上,实现了以废治废、变废为宝的目的。 The deeolorization performance of a biomass adsorbent modified corncob to dye wastewater has been introduced in this essay. There are many factors influencing the decolorization effect to dye wastewater, including adsorption time, pH value, initial concentration, adsorbent dosage, temperature, the structure of dye and so on, but the most important factors are adsorption time, pH value and initial concentration. The best decolorization conditions for 50 mL dye wastewater by modified corncob are determined as follows: pH value 2,adsorption time 30 rain and 60 rain to direct deep blue and acid red, initial concentration 50 mg. L 1,and adsorbent dosage 1.0 g. Under above conditions, the decolorization rate can reach over 95%. This completely reaches to the goal of "treating one pollutant by another, and turning pollutant to useful thing. "
