超声提取野菊花总黄酮及其抑菌活性的研究 被引量:26

摘要 以野菊花中总黄酮含量作为考察指标,用正交实验法优化野菊花总黄酮超声提取工艺,并考察超声波法对总黄酮抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,野菊花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:在超声功率200 W条件下,用12倍量45%的乙醇提取15 min。此时野菊花总黄酮的得率达到2.86%。该工艺简单可行、重现性好,且超声波对总黄酮抑菌活性没有影响,适用于工业化生产。 Extraction process of total flavonoids in Chrysanthemum indicum L. by ultrasonic treatment was optimized. The contents of total flavonoids were used as indexes, and the influence of ultrasonic treatment on the antibiotic activity of total flavonoids was tested. The optimum extraction process for total flavonoids was obtained as follows:under ultrasonic power 200 W, the drug powder was treated for 15 rain by 45% alcohol with 12 times of the amount to drug weight, and the average extraction rate of the total flavonoids was about 2.86 %. The optimized process was stable and workable.
