摘要
对浸泡的黄瓜种子和培养的黄瓜幼苗,进行不同浓度的铅处理,研究其叶片脯氨酸和可溶性总糖含量的变化情况。结果表明:与对照相比,梯度Pb2+胁迫造成了幼苗叶片脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,可溶性总糖含量呈先增加后减少的趋势。
The dissociated proline and total soluble sugar content in leaves of cucumber seeds and buds grown in the nutrient solution containing different concentration lead were studied. The results showed that, compared with those of contrast, the proline content increased, while the total soluble sugar content increased firstly and then decreased with the Pb^2+ stress.
