我院骨科抗生素使用情况分析

Analysis for the usage situation of antibacterial agents in our hospital

目的调查我院骨科抗生素使用情况,促进抗生素合理应用,提高我院合理用药水平。方法随机抽取2008年1月-4月骨科住院病例160例,通过统计抗生素品种、用药天数、联合用药等情况,分析我院骨科抗生素使用的合理性。结果160例病例中使用至少一种抗生素的为113例,占抽查总病历数的70.63%,抗生素联合用药79例,占抗生素使用病历的69.91%。抗生素注射剂使用广泛,使用时间过长,起点高是存在的主要问题。结论骨科抗生素使用存在不合理现象,医院应加大监管力度,规范抗生素临床使用管理制度,提高医院抗生素使用水平。

Objective To investigate the usage situation of antihaeterial agents in our hospital,in order to promote the reasonable usage of antibacterial agents, improve the level of reasonable usage of medicines .Methods To select and investigate 160 cases of patients randomly from January to April in 2008, to analyze the rationality of antibacterial agents by statistics of varieties, days of usage and combination of antibacterial agents.Results Among 160 medical records, 113 medical records have used at least one kind of antibacterial agent, account for 70.63 percent of the whole records, 79 medical records have used combinatory antibacterial agents, account for 69.91 percent of the medical records which have used antibacterial agents. The main problem including extensive ,long time and high level usage of antibacterial agents.Conclusion Unreasonable usage of antibacterial agents exist in department of orthopedics, hospital should enhance management, establish using standards of antibacterial agents in clinic, improve level of the reasonable usage of antihaeterial agents.
