摘要
患者男，80岁，因左面颊部伴眼部肿胀4月余于2006年6月8日收住苏州大学附属第一医院耳鼻咽喉科。患者曾于1974年患鼻咽鳞癌，在上海肿瘤医院放疗，至今未复发；2004年曾因右面颊部肿胀入我院治疗，术中证实为右上颌窦霉菌感染，术后口服大蒜素（40mg，每日3次）等抗真菌治愈。本次入院检查：患者一般情况尚可，生命体征平稳。专科检查：左面颊部及左下眼睑明显肿胀，左眼无法睁开；
