摘要
从人才培养方案的制订、教学改革与专业建设的保障措施、师资建设、教师教学能力考核标准的合理构建及创新"工学结合"培养模式等方面,分析了以就业为导向的职业院校教育质量的保障措施。
The quality insurance system of the educational system in employment-orientated vocational schools is analyzed, which includes making talent training plans, teaching reformation and specialty arrangement, the building of teaching resource, the reasonable construction about assessment of teaching quality and innovation of cultivated pattern about ＇combination of work and learning.
