不同海拔高度及植被类型的云南红豆杉林木枝叶紫杉烷含量分异性研究 被引量:10

Study on Variation of Taxone Contents in Branches and Leaves of Taxus wallichiana in Different Altitude and Vegetation Types

摘要 对生长于海拔高度1480~3350m及相应的7个类型12个群系植被类型的98株云南红豆杉样木枝叶的紫杉烷含量进行了检测与分析,其结果表明,生长在不同海拔高度及相应植被群系中的云南红豆杉其林木枝叶紫杉烷含量具有显著的差异。方差分析表明,云南红豆杉所处的植被群系与其林木枝叶紫杉烷含量有极显著的相关性。含量最高的为生长于湿润常绿阔叶林的倒卵叶石栎林、木果石栎林中的云南红豆杉种群,其含量为最低者生长于冷杉林中的云南红豆杉种群的5.2倍。相关分析结果还表明,云南红豆杉所分布的海拔高度与其林木枝叶紫杉烷的含量高低具高度的相关性,其相关系数为-0.9851,在样木分布的最高海拔组与最低海拔组间其含量比为1:6.71。据此,以讨论的方式,表明利用云南红豆杉林木枝叶紫杉烷含量的分异性规律,可从“高含群系”、“回归预测值高含量奇点”、“单株最高值分布”等3条途径,将其应用于云南红豆杉的优良种源及高含优树选择。 Choosing the samples of 98 plant individuals from 12 formations of 7 vegetation types located in altitude arrange of l 480 -3 350 m, the taxone contents in branches and leaves of T. wallichiana were detected and analyzed. The results implied that the taxone contents were significantly varied with altitude and plant formations. The results of variation analysis showed that there was significantly correlation between the contents of taxone and the plant formations, the highest contents was found in T. wallichiana individuals in Form. Form. Lithocarpus xylocarpus, which was 5. 2 times of Form. Abies spp.. The results of correlative analysis showed that altitude was significantly correlated with the contents of taxone, with the correlative coefficient of -0. 985 1. The proportion of the taxone content from the highest altitude to that from the lowest altitude was 1 : 6.71. Combining with the study results, the selection of superior province and high content plant individual using three approaches of "high content formation", "regression prediction value high content singular point" and "highest value individual" were discussed and probed into.
