略论农民组织化参与粮食流通

On Organized Participation of Farmers

在我国粮食流通领域,由于农民组织化程度低,单个农户缺乏保护自身利益的能力,农民在粮食流通领域受到商业利益损失、政策利益损失、生资成本损失、产业化利益损失等。因此,政府应当从优化相关政策、改造国有粮食企业等方面提供必要的支持,切实推进农民组织化参与粮食流通。

Grain circulation is an important area closely related to the interests of grain farmers. In grain circulation, farmers are suffering losses in their commercial interests, policy interests, input costs, industrialization interests, etc. The key to solving the problems of farmers＇ interests in grain circulation is encouraging organized participation of farmers in grain circulation. Our governments should make a series of adjustments, such as changing their ways of thinking for making policies, providing related policy support, and reforming state-owned grain enterprises.
